1. Our Shipping Commitment

At Wisdom Handed Down, we believe meaningful gifts deserve thoughtful care. We work hard to ensure your inspirational card decks arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

Every order is carefully packaged to protect your purchase during transit.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days — confirm before publishing] after payment has been received and verified.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to addresses throughout the United States.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates and promotional offers at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update your address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to provide timely delivery, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

We will honor any remedies required by applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost when the damage occurred before delivery.

9. International Shipping
